1. Shipping Areas
We only ship within Belgium, to the address provided by the customer or to a Bpost location near the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
2. Delivery methods
All orders are shipped via Bpost, with two options available:
- Home delivery
- Delivery to a Bpost Box near you
Each shipment is tracked and insured by Bpost to ensure secure delivery.
3. Delivery times
The average delivery time is 15 working days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods.
4. Delivery costs
- The game packs are delivered free of charge.
- Individual games are shipped for a fixed fee of €5.
5. Incident management
- In the event of a lost or damaged package, a new shipment will be made at no cost to the customer. You will be asked to return any damaged items.
- For any delivery issues (missing parts, damaged product, etc.), we are committed to replacing or completing your order as soon as possible.
6. Returns
- We will cover the cost of returns if the product is defective or damaged during transport.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returns only if they return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind.
7. Legal notices
- All orders comply with Belgian withdrawal rights, VAT regulations, and personal data protection laws.
- Customers have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 days from receipt of the product, except in cases provided for by law.
