General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale

Article 1 : Purpose

These general conditions of use and sale (hereinafter the "GCUV") govern the contractual relationship between the company Gaëtan Heijmans (hereinafter "us" or "our"), and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "you" or "the user"), wishing to access and / or use the website dabou-jeu.com (hereinafter the "Site"), and the services and products offered by the latter.

4.1 Ordering process: To place an order, you must follow the online ordering process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

4.2 Prices: The prices indicated on the site are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Article 6: Delivery

6.1 Delivery times: Delivery times vary according to the type of delivery chosen. A delivery to the company following an activity will be communicated in the e-mail with the offer. A home delivery will take a maximum of 7 working days.

6.2 Delivery costs: Delivery costs are 5 euros.

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Withdrawal period: You have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties, from the date of receipt of the products.

7.2 Withdrawal procedure: To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision in writing (e-mail or post) and return the products in their original condition.

8.1 Refund conditions: We will refund products returned in compliance with the above withdrawal conditions, with the exception of the return costs, which remain at your expense.

8.2 Refund period: Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned products.
