Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (TCUS)
Article 1: Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter the “TCUS”) govern the contractual relationship between Gaëtan Heijmans (hereinafter “we,” “us,” ‘our’) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter “you,” “the user”) using the website dabou-jeu.com (hereinafter the “Site”) and purchasing the products or services offered.

Article 2: Acceptance of the GTCU

Use of the Site and any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTCU. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read and accept them without reservation.

Article 3: Products and services

The products and services offered are described with the utmost care. However, errors or omissions may occur. We cannot be held liable for any such errors.

Article 4: Orders
4.1 Order process

Orders are placed via the online order process. A confirmation email is sent after the order has been confirmed.

4.2 Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery costs. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is made by credit card, Bancontact, or any other means offered on the Site. Transactions are secured by a data encryption system.

Article 6: Delivery
6.1 Delivery area

Deliveries are made in Belgium only.

6.2 Delivery method

Orders are shipped via Bpost, with a choice of:

Home delivery

Delivery to a Bpost Box

Each shipment is tracked and insured.

6.3 Delivery times

The delivery time is a maximum of 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier's logistical constraints.

6.4 Delivery costs

Free delivery for game packs.

Fixed cost of €5 for games sold individually.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal
7.1 Time limit

In accordance with Belgian law, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.

7.2 Procedure

The request for withdrawal must be notified in writing (email or letter). The product must be returned in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or damaged products.

Article 8: Refund
8.1 Conditions

Refunds only apply to products returned in accordance with the right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are not refunded when the return is due to a change of mind.

8.2 Timeframe

Refunds are made within 7 days of receipt and verification of the returned product.

Article 9: Incidents, warranties

9.1 Damaged or incomplete delivery

In the event of a lost, damaged, or incomplete package, we undertake to:

send a new product

or ship the missing parts, at no cost to the customer.

9.2 Legal warranties

The products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Belgian law.

9.3 Liability

We cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the product by the customer.

Article 10: Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.

Article 11: Intellectual property

All elements of the Website (text, images, logos, content) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

Article 12: Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTCU are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.

Article 13: Modification of the GTCU

We reserve the right to modify these GTCU at any time. The applicable GTCU are those in force at the time of the order.
