Do not use the cards with an orange back for your first few games. That's the more advanced version.
Quick and easy setup
To start the game,
- Place the 9 bornes in the center of the table, in a line.
- Shuffle the clan cards with the green backs (do not take the cards with an orange back) and make a draw pile.
- Each player draws 6 cards.
- Choose a first player.

Is there another rule point that needs clarification?
When does the game end?
When a player controls 3 adjacent markers or 5 markers in total, they win the game.
Are there multiple identical cards?
The cards are all different. There are 9 cards numbered 1 to 9 for each suit (6 suits in total). That makes 54 playing cards.
What are the cards with an orange back?
These are the Tactics cards for a more advanced mode. We recommend not playing with these cards as the base game is perfectly sufficient on its own.
How many cards do we have in our hand?
You should always have 6 of them on hand.
What do we do when the draw pile is empty?
You continue playing. This means that the end of the game is approaching.
Can a marker be claimed before the other player has played their 3 cards?
Yes, if you have played your 3 cards and can demonstrate with all the visible cards that you have automatically won the trick.
Who wins the game when someone has played the same combination?
If you played the same combination, the winner is the one whose sum of cards in that combination is the highest.
If, once again, it is a tie, the first player who completed their combination wins.
