COMPETITION RULES
 “€250 OFFERED ON YOUR NEXT TEAM BUILDING!”

1. Organizer

This competition is organized by Dabou , represented by Gaëtan Heijmans, whose head office is located at Rue Arthur Roland 25, 1030 Schaerbeek, Belgium.

2. Conditions of participation

The competition is open to any adult residing in Belgium and working in a company.

Participation is free and without obligation to purchase .

3. Terms of participation

To participate, simply:


  1. Complete the participation form available here: [Link to the form]

  2. Refer a person by sharing the form link. The referred person will have to mention the referrer in their form. Each participant wins 1 additional chance per referred person .

  3. If you are sponsored, you also benefit from 1 additional chance .

Each participant can only fill out the form once. Multiple entries from the same person with different emails will be invalidated.

4. Competition Dates


  • Competition start date : January 27, 2025 at 00:00

  • End of competition : February 7, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

  • Drawing and announcement of the winner : February 10, 2025

5. Designation of the winner

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all valid entries received before the competition closes.

The winner will be announced via a LinkedIn post and by email. The winner will also be contacted individually via the email provided during registration.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, a new draw will be made.

6. Reward

The winner will receive a €250 discount voucher valid for booking a team building event organized by Dabou before June 30, 2025 .


  • The voucher is non-refundable and exchangeable.

  • It is applicable to any team building activity of at least 3 hours.

  • The voucher cannot be combined with other discounts.

7. Data protection

The information collected via the form will be used only for the competition and for any communications related to Dabou services.
No data will be sold or transferred to third parties.

In accordance with the GDPR, each participant can request access, rectification or deletion of their data by sending an email to gaetan.heijmans@gmail.com .

8. Liability

The organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of:


  • Technical issues preventing access to or participation in the competition.

  • Failure to receive winner notification due to error in email address provided.

9. Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the competition implies unreserved acceptance of these rules.

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure or if circumstances so require
